Welcome to Birkegaardens bed and breakfast.

We live on a small part-time farm in rural settings, but close to Copenhagen, the old Vikingtown Roskilde and the charming town Køge. You will therefore have the possibility of combining countrylife with visits to the capital of Denmark - for instance a trip to Tivoli. We live only 3/4 km. from the bikeroute Berlin - Copenhagen, so we have many visitors arriving on bikes.

We can offer tree bedrooms on first flor in our farmhouse with access to a large funished TV-,music- and computerroom. Our guests will share a barthroom. The price for a room is 230 kroner/night for singlerooms and 360 kroner/night for dobblerooms.  

In the summertime you can also rent a new log cabin/ wooden cottage in our garden. There are room for 2 people in the cottage, that are 12 m². There are no barthroom in the cottage it selves, but you will have your own barthroom and a small kitchen in a building 5 meters from the cottage. So here it is possible for you to cook your own food. (or you can buy breakfast from us) The price for the cottage (2 persons) is 365 kroner /night

The price for breakfast is 50 kroner per person - 25 kroner for children (3-12 years). You are wellcome to smoke outside - but we kindly ask you not to smoke in the house.

Our prices includes bedlinnen, towels and acces to a computer with internet.

We have a large garden where our guests can relax in the garden-funiture or use the barbeque. The children can also play in the garden or go and have a look at the sheep.

We are ready with any help you may need on excursions and transport in the area. You can also rent bikes from us.
